CAMERA READY INSTRUCTION

Accepted papers by the main conference will be published by Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). Accepted papers by workshops will be published by Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS). According to the guidelines of Springer proceedings, the most common types of papers accepted for publication are full papers (12-15 pages) and short papers (8 pages), including the bibliography and appendices. When preparing the camera-ready paper, please follow this page limitation. Authors should follow the instructions claimed on Springer “ Information for Authors of Computers Science Proceedings” page, where you can download the Latex or Microsoft Word Proceedings templates for the preparation of your papers.

We accept a mixture of Word papers and LaTeX papers. We need all source files (LaTeX files with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps files, or Word or rtf files) and the final pdfs of all of the papers. For LaTeX papers, references are to be supplied as Bbl files to avoid omission of data while conversion from Bib to Bbl. Please note that Don’t include hyperlinks in reference. A mixture of LaTeX and Word files is fine. There should be one set of source files and one pdf file per paper.

Furthermore, authors have to submit a signed consent-to-publish form, through which the copyright of your paper is transferred to Springer. The LNCS consent-to-publish form (for Full paper and Short paper) and the CCIS consent-to-publish form (for Workshop paper) can be downloaded here.

Please send the signed consent-to-publish form with your camera-ready paper to liangyunji@nwpu.edu.cn. The subject of your email should be “GPC 2020 camera-ready”+”title of your paper” or “Workshop camera-ready”+”title of your paper”.
