Paper Registration
If you do not already have a CCF account, create one before registering. Then register for GPC 2026 and pay the applicable fee through the CCF registration system.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register, attend the conference, and present the work. To help the organizers finalize the conference program, presenting authors are strongly encouraged to complete registration by November 6, 2026.
To allow sufficient time for travel arrangements and any required visa documentation, attendees traveling from outside mainland China are strongly encouraged to complete registration by November 6, 2026.
Registration Fees
Select the fee that matches your CCF membership and paper-author status. The amounts below are listed in Chinese yuan (CNY) and US dollars (USD).

China Entry and Visa Requirements
Before planning your trip, check the entry requirements that apply to your nationality, passport, and purpose of travel. Some participants may be eligible for visa-free entry; others will need a visa. For current requirements and application procedures, consult the China Online Visa Application portal and the Chinese embassy, consulate, or visa application center responsible for your place of residence. If you need a visa, apply well in advance.
Invitation Letters for Visa Applications
If your visa application requires an invitation letter signed by a GPC 2026 local organizer, please submit your details through the invitation-letter request form. Enter your personal information exactly as it appears on your passport. The local organizing team will review your request and email the letter to you.
